2) Please allow ample time for us to confirm the details of your order and claim.
3) DOKODEMO Customer Support will guide you through the refund process once the details of your compensation have been confirmed.
4) If the items arrived in a damaged condition, please contact DOKODEMO within 8 days of receipt.
5) Request to file a Damage Report (CN24) with your post office.
6) After obtaining the damage report, take a clear picture of it so that the contents can be clearly seen, and save the image for submission to DOKODEMO later on.
