1) Returns and corresponding refunds shall not be accepted unless the products are delivered to you with defects or damages. Only unused and unopened products with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Wear and tear on packaging such as boxes, seals, canisters and the like are not accepted.
2) Our return policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.
3) You agree to receive or have a representative receive all purchases at the designated delivery address. In cases where nobody is around to receive your order, our rider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders below PhP5,000.00 and for a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders amounting to PhP5,000.00 and above. Our customer experience team will attempt to contact you during the said timeframes and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a “No Show Fee” in the amount of PhP200.00.
